THE CHALLENGE

Swann Insurance needed a new customer acquisition process to meet the growing demand for online motorcycle insurance fulfilment. They identified a need to transform a clunky, lengthy signup form, into an intuitive, quick experience for busy prospects.

OUR APPROACH

User simplicity was focus number one. The navigation was restructured to naturally funnel users towards obvious and compelling calls to action. Progress indicators show users how close they are to finishing, which prevents page abandonment. Excess pages were trimmed, to prevent user “leakage” and optimize flow toward the desired action outcome.
